Heavy rainfall outlook due to Tropical Cyclone OFEL and PEPITO

Today to tomorrow noon (November 16)
Moderate to Heavy (50-100 mm):
Batanes

Tomorrow noon to Sunday noon (November 17)
Intense to Torrential (>200 mm):
Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, and Northern Samar

Heavy to Intense (100-200 mm):
Eastern Samar, Camarines Sur, and Camarines Norte

Moderate to Heavy (50-100 mm):
Masbate, Leyte, Quezon, Samar, and Biliran

Sunday noon to Monday noon (November 18)

Intense to Torrential (>200 mm):
Catanduanes, Quezon, Aurora, Camarines Norte, and Camarines Sur

Heavy to Intense (100-200 mm):
Metro Manila, Northern Samar, Albay, Sorsogon, Marinduque, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Bulacan, and Nueva Ecija

Moderate to Heavy (50-100 mm):
Bataan, Zambales, Tarlac, Batangas, Pampanga, Masbate, Romblon, Eastern Samar, Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Pangasinan, Nueva Vizcaya, and Quirino

Forecast rainfall may be higher in mountainous and elevated areas. Moreover, impacts in some areas maybe worsened by significant antecedent rainfall.

The public and disaster risk reduction and management offices concerned are advised to take all necessary measures to protect life and property. PAGASA Regional Services Divisions may issue Heavy Rainfall Warnings, Rainfall/Thunderstorms Advisories, and other severe weather information specific to their areas of responsibility as appropriate.

Unless significant changes occur, the next Weather Advisory will be issued at 5:00 PM today.
